PlaySenseWorkshop – Cardiff fundraising event on Sunday 20th May

The PlaySenseWorkshop is an event that provides engaging, stimulating and accessible activities to children with disabilities and additional learning needs. Attendees will be able to engage in different sensory based activities across three separate rooms themed around the ‘touch’ ‘taste’ and ‘listen’ senses.

Featuring a range of different activities including making sensory bags and musical shakers, cupcake and biscuit decorating and a disco room, our workshop is not one to miss!

The event is on Sunday 20th May at Cathays Methodist Church in Cardiff.

Tickets cost £10 per child and include access to a range of different activities, a buffet lunch and entry in to our prize draw. Parents/carers go free. Please book your tickets online in advance as places are limited and tickets will not be available on the door.

We will be holding two separate sessions to ensure group sizes are kept small, one from 13:15-15:15 and one from 15:45-17:45. These sessions will be identical so please only buy tickets for one!

We know finding activities that meet your child’s specific needs can be difficult, so if you have any questions about this event or additional requirements please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

All profits raised from this event will go to, an international children’s charity using sustainable, data-led programmes to break down barriers to education for children in some of the world’s poorest countries.

This event is open to children and young people of all ages, but is probably best studied to younger children (e.g. ages 6-12 years). All volunteers at this event will hold an enhanced DBS check.
